Ronelle Baker

Ronelle Baker (Ngāti Porou, Te Aitanga a Hauiti, Ngāi Tāmanuhiri, Ngāti Apakura and Ngāpuhi) has extensive experience across the health, disability, NGO and government sectors, and is currently Kaihautū - Chief Advisor Māori at Whaikaha Ministry of Disabled People.
She has skills and experience in brokering solutions that balance the needs and aspirations of stakeholder groups.
Ronelle is a passionate advocate for improving wellbeing, equity and inclusion for whānau who experience disability.
After spending most of her life in Tāmaki Makaurau, Ronelle now lives with her whānau on the southern shores of the Whangārei Harbour.
When not busy with mahi, Ronelle enjoys being with whānau, taking road trips, food and wine discoveries, and great music.
