Submission on the Early Childhood Care and Education Regulatory Review

This submission highlights Aotearoa New Zealand’s duties and obligations under the Convention on the Rights of the Child and advocates that these obligations are best supported by ensuring that all mokopuna can experience their rights and positive outcomes in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
