Submission to the Justice Committee: Sentencing (Reinstating Three Strikes) Amendment Bill

Mana Mokopuna - Children and Young People's Commission does not support the Sentencing (Reinstating Three Strikes) Amendment Bill due to detrimental impact it will very likely have on the rights, interests, wellbeing and participation of mokopuna and in particular, mokopuna Māori.
