Hikitia Te Wairua OPCAT monitoring report

Mana Mokopuna - Children and Young People's Commission conducted an unannounced visit in April 2024 to Hikitia Te Wairua, which is the National Youth Forensic Intellectual Disability service. This was a follow-up visit to assess progress against previously made recommendations and identify any presenting issues.
